Terms: This is a 10% Buyer’s Premium sale. Cash, Cashier’s Checks. All Personal & Co. checks will be made to The City of Atlanta, and must be accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. Neither the auctioneer nor any staff member will have the authority to approve any check without this letter. 13% Buyer's Premium for all credit card purchases (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover accepted). Wire transfers will not be accepted. No Exceptions. All bidder’s who are tax exempt must provide a tax exempt certificate upon registration. There will be a Gerogia Sales Tax Representative on site to veriy all tax exempt certificates.
Directions: Traveling on I-85 North toward the Airport, take the Riverdale Rd. Exit (Exit 71). Turn right onto Riverdale Rd. Turn right onto Airport Blvd. Turn right onto Sullivan Rd. Off of Sullivan Rd., by Super 8 Hotel, turn left onto Massachusetts Blvd. Go approx. 200 Ft. and turn left onto Hyannis Ct. Go Approx. 300 ft. The sale site will be on the right. Watch For Sale Signs.
