Auction Information

ORDER OF SALE: 10:00AM Bicycles followed by Rolling Stock. Miscellaneous Items will sell at 11:30 AM or immediately after rolling stock.

Directions: From Athens, go East on Lexington Rd. about 2 mi. Turn left on Jail Rd. Between the Police Dept. and Tag Office. Go .2 mi. to a gravel road, turn right. Go .5 mi. to the sale site. Auction site is behind Clarke County Jail. Watch for Auction Signs.

Inspection: Fri. October 24th • 9:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M and Saturday October 25th • 8:00 A.M. - until time of sale.

Terms: Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Visa, M/C Amex and Discover. All Personal & Co. checks will be made to Wayne Evans Auction Co., Inc., and must be accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. Neither the auctioneer nor any staff member will have the authority to approve any check without this letter. Wire transfers will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. All bidders who are tax exempt must provide a tax exempt certificate (ST-5 Form) upon registration.
